In my quest to loose weight, I continually try to find new healthy recipe or adapt my favorite ones. In this case, I adapted my Vegetable Lasagna. In order to add more proteins, I have added Kidney beans tot he recipe. Well my friends, this new adaptation turned out D E L I C I O U S!!! Here is the recipe.
For this recipe, I have used an 8 x 11.5 x 2 (2 QT) Pyrex bowl which serves about 8 (healthy servings) or 6 (for larger appetite).
